LCHA Public Housing
LCHA practices project-based management and maintenance. Each development has its own on-site office for its manager, clerk and maintenance staff. All daily operations for the site are conducted through this office. The staff is easily accessible to the residents and is responsible for keeping the units occupied, collecting the rents, performing annual calculations of each resident’s rent, lease enforcement, providing routine and preventive maintenance and pest extermination.

Income limits are updated by the Department of Housing & Urban Development every year. Current income limits effective May 2011.
